We Work For You
A breakdown of our process:
With the CRI team, you have an industry leader working for you. Our experienced professionals, top craftsmen and unsurpassed customer service ensure that your every last detail is handled with care. We will lead you through a thorough step by step process, no mater the size of your project. CRI is not only among the most respected contractors in the business, but also the first choice for most major insurance companies.
Step 1. The Initial Inspection:
Our certified inspectors will conduct a free inspection. They will analyze the project site, record measurements, take pictures and survey the entire property for signs of damage. Personal property to be restored and/or relocated will be catalogued. Upon completion of our initial inspection, we will discuss all of our findings with you in detail.
Step 2. Contact with Your Insurance Company:
CRI will contact your insurance company, meet your adjustor on site and complete a comprehensive survey to ensure that all the damages are recorded and agreed upon. Because of our extensive experience working with insurance companies, we are able to streamline the claims process, get your claims settled quickly and your project completed faster. For storm damaged items, our emergency response teams are some of the best in the business. Settlements with the insurance company are usually reached within 7 – 10 working days.
Step 3. Material Selection:
Your CRI representative will supply you with samples of all the materials needed to repair your home. A wide selection of colors and styles from the most well known manufacturers will be yours to choose from.
Step 4. Construction:
Before we begin your project, you and your CRI project supervisor will review every detail of the work to be completed. Our crew of experienced and highly trained craftsmen will focus on completing your project quickly. Your project supervisor personally oversees all phases from start to final inspection.
Step 5. Final Inspection:
Upon completion, your project will be inspected to ensure that all code requirements are met and that every detail of your project was completed to your satisfaction. All CRI’s work comes with a seven year workmanship warranty.
